Ryan chopped 58 mushrooms in one minute. Guinness World Records lists the record title as “Most mushrooms chopped in one minute.”
The mushrooms were gobbled up as an appetizer by a hungry group of kids and adults.

Two people, twenty-four tacos
Ryan and his wife assembled 24 hard-shell tacos in one minute, working as a team of two.
They were eaten at a dinner party that day. Due to video corruption that forced a repeat, we broke the record twice, six months apart.
